[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide targeted case management (TCM) service including employees and subcontractors, cannot provide both direct service and case management services to the same individual except in unique circumstances set forth in waiver service regulations and guidelines to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.
- Bidder will demonstrate ability to work with agency and stakeholders, individuals receiving TCM service, TCM agencies and other stakeholders to determine current systemic specifications.
- Bidder will demonstrate ability to partner with stakeholders regarding the current methods of billing by TCM provider agencies. Including discovering where potential duplication of services exists.
- Bidder will demonstrate ability to successfully collaborate with stakeholders to determine if the existing conflicts of interest impede service delivery
- Bidder will demonstrate ability to work with stakeholders to determine if potential or existing conflicts of interest are impacting service selection by individuals receiving waiver services.
- Bidder will demonstrate to the ability to compile and analyze data obtained from stakeholders.
- Bidder will demonstrate to the ability to collect and analyze information of individuals existing level of supports, ease of access to services, and the potential barriers facing individuals under the current TCM service provision methodologies.
- Bidder will demonstrate to the ability to collect and analyze information and data regarding current billing methodologies for TCM services provided to individuals.
- Bidder will demonstrate how the current TCM model aligns and conflicts with state and federal statutes, regulations and guidelines.
- Bidder will demonstrate ability to forecast future needs of the TCM service delivery model that are projected.
- Bidder will demonstrate ability to provide examples of best practices in other state models and analyze how they could be incorporated into Kansas system of service delivery to mitigate conflicts of interest.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 26, 2022.
