Government Authority located in Texas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Afghan refugee case management and volunteer coordination services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide Afghan refugee case management and volunteer coordination services to the government authority located in Texas.
- The Contractor shall furnish necessary personnel and other resources to support coordination and collaboration among resettlement partners in such areas as training and services.
- Project Management:
- The Contractor shall provide productivity and management methods such as quality assurance, risk management, work breakdown structure, and human engineering at the contract level. The Contractor shall provide administrative, clerical, documentation, training, reporting, and related functions
- The Contractor shall work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to execute the mission. The Contractor must maintain overall coverage of task assignments.
- Case Management Support:
- Afghans receive case management services through a network of other federal, State, local, or non-governmental partners
- Case management support services result in facilitative and other efforts for the following activities:
- Case assessment and follow-up, including documentation/case notes of services provided
- The creation, and any necessary logistical support thereto, for on-site benefit application centers proximate or readily acceptable to the Afghans
- The on-site benefit application centers shall be tasked with providing Afghans with benefits recommendation, referral, and assistance in completing eligibility documentation
- Housing assessment, assistance, coordination, and follow-up
- Public school enrollment, if applicable
- Assisting, as needed, in medical case management (e.g., scheduling medical appointments, monitoring medical benefits), if applicable
- Compiling information for reporting purposes related to the tasks as mentioned above
- Other case coordination support work determined

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
