Vendor needs to provide case management training services to the government authority located in Independence, OH. - Online Access to Educational Materials Related To Case Management That Would Prepare The Student To Sit For The Case Management Exam. • 24/7 online access to education using any electronic device (computer, mobile device, tablets, etc.) • One year access to complete all education once started • At least 12 continuing education credits • Ability for student to access documents in electronic and physical form • Educational content must prepare student to sit for a case management certification exam • Access to instructors for questions at least on a monthly basis (examples -ad hoc, monthly Q&A sessions, office hours, etc.) • Access to support for technical difficulties • Reporting back to ONS on items such as number of active students, completed education, and pass rate
