(1) Vendor needs to provide homeless outreach and case management services to the government authority located in Tustin, CA.– Provide homeless outreach and case management services that assist individuals experiencing homelessness in the city to exit the street, and with long–term goals of permanent housing placement and dramatically reducing street–level homelessness within the city.– Provide trained case managers to coordinate with department homeless liaison and community impact officers and personnel, city staff, and other city partners to locate, identify, engage, and assist homeless persons with securing needed services and housing via field–based interactions.– Develop and maintain a database with homeless resources including governmental, nonprofit, advocacy, business, and faith–based shelters.(2) The contract period will be for two years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2024.
