(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive case management and employment program to the government authority located in Ohio.– Provide a suite of services to support the use of the goal4 it! coaching model, career pathways strategy and implementation of both for the comprehensive case management and employment program across state.– Provide training, implementation and technical assistance services of goal4 it! ™ coaching model utilized by the youth workforce development program that was designed by Mathematica– Implementing this coaching model and career pathways strategy.– Providers who have implemented the coaching model and who have at least two years of experience using the model will be considered.– Provide in–person and virtual goal4it! coaching training for leaders– In–person and virtual goal4it! coaching training for career coaches (case managers)– In–person and virtual career pathway coaching training for leaders– In–person and virtual career pathway coaching training for career coaches (case managers)– Flexible implementation support to counties– Fidelity review and troubleshooting for goal4 it! coaching model(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2024
