[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster case management services to the survivors of FEMA has received more than 2,900 applications for disaster assistance from residents. Disaster Case Management as defined by FEMA 2013 Program Guidance is a time-limited process that involves a partnership between case manager and a disaster survivor (also known as a “client”) to develop and carry out a Disaster Recovery Plan. This partnership provides the client with a single point of contact to facilitate access to a broad range of resources. The process involves an assessment of the client’s verified disaster-caused unmet needs, development of a goal-oriented plan that outlines the steps necessary to achieve recovery, organization, and coordination of information on available resources that match the disaster-caused unmet needs, the monitoring of progress toward reaching the Disaster Recovery Plan goals, and when necessary, client advocacy,
• Currently hold IRS section 501(c)3 status
• Demonstrated experience managing Federal or State grant programs
• Have no adverse or ongoing legal actions regarding alleged or proven negative performance of their services and are neither suspended nor debarred from contracting with the Federal Government.
• Demonstrated experience providing disaster case management
- Demonstrated compliance with Federal and State Privacy Act requirements and confidentiality provisions
• Demonstrated compliance with Federal and State disability and civil rights laws to the government authority located in Hilo, HI.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 11, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
