(1) Vendor needs to provide community intensive case management workers services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.
- Provide intensive case management to youth
- Provide mentoring to youth
- Plan to embrace healing-centred trauma response practice
- Educate and support preventative measures with youth regarding gang initiatives, school violence, substance abuse, and juvenile delinquency.
- Provide restorative justice practices for youth when appropriate in court.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 6, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for two years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
