[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide non-clinical case management services that include medical and dental non- clinical case management to the government authority located in Cheyenne, WY.
- include(s), but limited to: medical records administration supervisor and medical records administration specialists to support individual medical readiness,
- The Non-Clinical Case Management Services requires the use of the Army web-based electronic data systems, Medical Operational Data System and Medical Electronic Data for Care History and Readiness Tracking,
- The Site Lead Case Manager shall possess the expertise to provide oversight in non- clinical case management, case management planning, analysis and review, patient risk analysis and service support.
(2) This bid is set aside for 8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8)

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
