[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide non-clinical case management and medical records services to the government authority located in Madison, WI.
- Case Management to Improve the care, management, and transition of recovering service members, broaden the case management application to include cases with complex and
at-risk needs, evaluate the impact of case management on the quality of military health care.
- Case Management almost exclusively targeted in-patients with catastrophic illnesses or injuries, case management continues to focus on catastrophic illness or injury, case management
practices are also intensely directed at addressing chronic conditions that are more prevalent in the general patient population.
- Medical records and administration support services: telephoning/emailing soldiers and physician/dental offices to obtain information as directed by the case manager, dedicated assistance in support of all health systems services programs and processes, maintain an administrative assistant tracker using an excel spreadsheet to document tasks accomplished on a weekly basis, responsible for tracking medical status of all assigned soldiers and maintaining accurate reports of all cases, responsible for medical and administrative charting in MODS and MEDCHART, create, maintain, process, and maintain accountability of service treatment records for incoming, current, and exiting soldiers in accordance with army regulation, organize & file medical/dental documents into soldiers’ hard copy service treatment records, accurately index uploaded medical/dental documents, review order logs and process accordingly when soldier’s status changes, organize and process discharged STRs in record holding area to include scanning, indexing and filing, Perform data entry into MEDCHART or other military medical databases of soldier’s administration and medical statuses, submit case processing, medical documentation, and profile concerns to appropriate medical provider, ensure records manager or delegate is provided with all relevant medical/dental documentation, report medical readiness to the commander or his/her designated representative, perform additional duties deemed necessary to meet medical readiness goals and regulatory guidance.
(2) This bid is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 18, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
