(1) Vendor needs to provide nonclinical case management services for the Army national Guard in support of surge and contingency requirements as well as its steady-state mission to the government authority located in Florida.
- Medical and dental case management and administrative care coordinator staffing in support of individual medical readiness.
- Behavioral health professional services (including case management), medical, and dental non- clinical case management and administrative care coordinator support services for an average of 700 duty limiting conditions requiring a profile per month, a continual monthly average of 500 in depth cases requiring additional paperwork and board actions with the goal of maintaining a medically deployable force.
