[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide drug and alcohol outpatient and case management and recovery support services to include at least one CRS on staff within the case management program to the government authority located in PA.
- To increase individual retention in and completion of treatment in order to move individuals toward recovery and self-sufficiency.
- To increase individual access to core services such as primary health care, psychiatric care, stable and secure living environments, positive support networks, vocational training, and employment.
- County office of drug and alcohol’s overarching vision is that it’s contracted service provider network will continually assess and respond to the needs of the substance use disorder populations accessing services.
- Screening for emergent care needs for detoxification, prenatal or perinatal care, and/or psychiatric care.
- Comprehensive assessment and evaluation for treatment services.
- Placement at the appropriate level of care.
- Determination of the most appropriate care provider; matching individual need to provider specialty.
- Contact with the individual and staff at the referring provider while in treatment to assess current progress and future needs – continuing stay reviews and coordination of care as required and appropriate.
- Contact with the individual after treatment to assist in accessing other needed support services.
- Advocacy on behalf of the individual, when appropriate.
- Assisting individuals in accessing available behavioral health benefits that will provide reimbursement for services needed.
- Maintenance of a community resource directory to share with individuals.
- Treating the individual and family members with respect and in a trauma-informed approach when individual is engaging in and accessing or attempting to access care.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 1, 2020.
(3) The term of contract will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
