Government Authority located in California; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for temporary residence and case management services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary residence and case management services for those who have tested positive or are awaiting test results for COVID-19 and do not have a residence in which they can quarantine/isolate or individuals who may have increased risk of COVID-19 infection and greater potential to increase COVID-19 transmission to the government authority located in California.
- Housing: Acquire temporary or stable housing for those at risk of Covid-19. Housing must meet the following criteria:
- Individuals must stay in private, clean, temporary and or stable housing. Family pods can be housed together.
- If necessary, a room that meets Americans with Disability Act requirements including but not limited to: Walk-in showers, handrails, power supply, deaf, blind, and hearing-impaired services;
Individual rooms must have landlines and translation services if needed. Or a phone will need to be provided,
- Food/ Drinks: A minimum of three (3) meals a day, plus snacks, a minimum of one (1) gallon of water per person/per day,
- Case Management: when necessary, work with housed individuals to provide additional services or connect them to available resources,
- Personal Protective Equipment/Supplies for clients as needed.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 16, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
