(1) Vendor needs to provide housing case management services are modelled upon evidence-based, Housing First approaches to homelessness, including coordinated entry, diversion, rapid re-housing, and permanent supportive housing,
- housing system improves outcomes for many experiencing or at-risk of homelessness while ensuring efficient use of public resources,
- A central and coordinated system of access for housing and services,
- Housing pool case management,
- Diversion case management for those at-risk of or experiencing homelessness,
- Rapid re-housing case management and rental assistance,
- Permanent supportive housing for those with a history of chronic homelessness,
- Supportive services promoting housing stability and self-sufficiency,
- Data management and tracking for people receiving homeless housing services, etc. to the government authority located in Bellingham, WA.
(2) A virtual conference hold on March 9, 2021.
