[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Case Manager provides vocational guidance, mentoring and counseling to fathers and their families’ members,
- Case Managers will be responsible for connecting clients to the appropriate supportive services, educational opportunities, and workforce development training,
- Services include information and referral, intensive case management, and training. Active case management ensures that services and training are delivered as planned,
- Provides vocational guidance and counseling. Works with applicants to develop an individualized plan to gain the skills/training needed to obtain and maintain employment. Determines appropriateness of applicants for available vocational and related training programs,
- Works with a variety of community resources and agencies to provide opportunities for enhanced services to participants,
- Assists with applicant orientation, screening, assessment, parent training, and training activities,
- Maintains designated participant electronic/paper files, completes all required documentation of activities,
- to the government authority located in Annapolis, MD.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 25, 2021.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
