[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster case management program to the government authority located in Harrisburg, PA.
- Assess the on-going disaster survivor needs and overseeing and award in accordance with all applicable Federal and state award requirements, and state regulations;
- Formulate, budget, and project design in a manner that meets the reporting and monitoring requirements, as well as the Federal award requirements;
- Maintain clear control of operations and respond to emergent issues in a timely manner
- Assess the disaster survivor’s on-going needs and overseeing and award in accordance with all applicable Federal and state award requirements, and state regulations;
- Formulate, budget, and project design in a manner that meets the reporting and monitoring requirements, as well as the Federal award requirements;
- Maintain clear control of operations and respond to emergent issues in a timely manner
- Provide reasonable accommodations to persons with disabilities and/or access and functional needs, who have registered and are experiencing barriers to meeting the documentation requirements due to functional needs, including access to technology and communication challenges, such as English as a Second Language (ESL), and providing information in plain language.
- Eliminate the potential of duplication of benefits between local resources and Federal dollars through the routine use of benefit analysis with each case.
- Train all case management personnel in emergency behavioral health concepts and para-professional skills
- Provide case management staff levels that do not exceed 35 cases per case manager.
- Provide case management supervisory personnel that does not exceed 7 case managers per supervisor.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 7, 2022.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
