Non–Clinical Case Management Services are required to effectively prepare, track, and assess the medical readiness of WYARNG service members according to the service member`s specific medical readiness requirements to achieve the highest levels of medical readiness and deployability for assigned federal and state missions. A coordinated interdisciplinary plan of care for a Soldier from injury/illness/disease through returning the Soldier to duty or medically separating the Soldier from the organization.
