(1) Vendor needs to provide case management services to the government authority located in Anaheim, California. – Services include conducting processing annual and interim recertifications for the Housing Choice Voucher, Project–Based Voucher and Special Purpose Voucher programs in accordance with applicable program rules and regulations, as well as ensuring good communication with clients, answering questions, and following up on potential voucher violations– Provide Inspection and Case Management Services for prospective units and current dwelling units under Housing Assistance Payments contracts for agency rental assistance programs.– Collect sufficient information from participant families to accurately recertify eligibility on an annual or interim basis, including verifications of assets, income, and other household circumstances in accordance with the third–party hierarchy and agency administrative plan.– Accurately calculate the tenant income, total tenant portion, gross rent and the housing assistance payment.– Provide excellent customer service to program participants via phone, letters and other communication methods as necessary to complete the recertifications.– Provide a summary report at least weekly for all annual and interim recertifications completed and overdue. In the report, the vendor must identify the recertification results, any contact made with the household, identified instances of potential program abuse, and the dates when notification and scheduling letters were mailed.– Provide any other report regarding recertifications within five business days of agency request.– Propose termination of assistance when documents are not returned. In collaboration with agency prepare the file for proposed termination when fraud is detected.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 8, 2024.(3) The contract term will be five years.
