- Assess disaster-caused unmet needs of individuals and families
- Provide disaster survivors with a single point of contact to facilitate access to a broad range
of resources
- Coordinate with federal, state, local and non-governmental partners to identify resource
providers to whom case managers can refer disaster survivors for unmet needs
- develop and maintain an updated list of available resources to ensure that disaster survivors are referred to active resources.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
