[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide foster care case management service for children in out-of-home placements, family-centered services for parents, siblings, and legal guardians from whose care the child was removed, resource home development, and community resource development to the government authority located in Jefferson City, MO.
- foster care case management services that respect the culture, ethnicity, and religious practices of the child and that of the child’s family
- that respect and meet the needs of family members who have special needs due to physical, cognitive, or mental disabilities and limitations
- foster care case management services to children under the jurisdiction of a juvenile court in a county adjacent to the geographic area awarded where caseloads exceed Council on Accreditation (COA) standards, services have been requested by the state agency, and the contractor agrees to provide such services
- keep all case records of referred children separate from other cases the contractor may be handling.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on December 2, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
